The 23rd Annual Parade of Homes in Summit County will be taking place in Colorado this September bringing together prospective homeowners and some picturesque Colorado homes. This annual community and real estate event includes a tour of a variety of homes that represent some of the stateliest properties in places like Frisco, Breckenridge, and Keystone. Some of the homes on the tour are renovations while several are brand new, waiting to be occupied. The tour involves detailed descriptions of the neighborhoods, review of the local economy, and the lifestyle in areas like Breckenridge, Frisco, Keystone and other locales ready to welcome home buyers to the “Centennial State”.
Tickets to the event are $20 per attendee and include access to the homes and info on each of these attractive Colorado locales and all they have to offer. Proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to The Summit Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to the betterment of Summit County, and those who dwell within its borders. In years past the Parade of Homes has raised upwards of $35,000 for the Summit Foundation and the event organizers are hoping to do even better.
The 2017 Parade of Homes will take place on the weekends of September 23-24, September 30, and October 1st and it will feature around 20 homes. Again the event supports the efforts of The Summit Foundation, a community group established by the Breckenridge Ski Corporation back in 1984. The Summit Foundation is a public charity that has supported working families in need while also making an effort to improve the quality of life of the whole Summit County community as well as the neighboring communities.
