My residential single family services connect buyers with sellers every day, and I do it with professionalism and a total dedication to my clients. This property type is the majority of my market transactions, but by far not the only one in which I have expertise.
While condominiums are residential, they’re a very different market focus, and I am an expert in evaluating condos and helping buyers and sellers to cope with the special financing and homeowner concerns for this property type.

Stu has been our go to Realtor in Breckenridge for almost 14 years now. When we have been buyers he is most efficient at only showing us properties that meet our criteria. He has a vast knowledge of the market inventory as well as the current trends for the many different small areas that make up the Breckenridge market as a whole. All of the information he provides is critical in making the right decision to find a property that hit our goals whether they were financial, lifestyle or both. Most importantly to us is there is never any sales pressure from Stu to buy one place or another. When we have sold properties, Stu¿s guidance is beyond compare. We all have a notion of what our property is worth and it is usually inflated. Stu knows the limits of what the current market can accept for pricing and if you want a solid listing that will attract not only lookers but offers, Stu knows the sweet spot. The great thing is Stu never had any issues with us saying, no we think it is worth more and should be listed at a higher price. After a period of time with it listed at ‘our’ price with very few looks and zero offers we adjusted price to what Stu said the market would accept and within a few weeks we had many showings as well as a solid offer which then concluded in a successful sale. And wouldn’t you know it, his pricing model was right on the money when the appraisal came in. Stu has great suggestions to increase curb appeal as well as how to arrange the interior so his listing photos will pop. He knows the current market inventory very well and what other places our potential buyers are comparing our place to. Knowing that he was able to put together an aggressive listing package that had buyers making their offer on our place and not the competition. The perfect end result in my book! We could not be more pleased with Stu’s abilities and service through the years. He will be the realtor we call for our next transaction and we could not recommend him more!

My relationship with Stu began 25 years ago when we decided to move from Denver to Breckenridge. We started looking at condos, then moved to land and ultimately he helped us purchase a local coffee shop and a house! For the next several years Stu was there as we learned the ropes on wells, septic system, propane, etc. He steered us to the perfect neighborhood and we loved our house and land. After 25 years in the house, it was getting time to think about selling. I had not seen Stu in several years and happened upon him at the Post Office! We talked and he and Jen ended up putting the house on the market and helping me purchase a downsized place. We were successful in both areas – selling and buying and I couldn’t have been happier with all their help. Between the two of them, they basically did everything but write the check!
