Heather pursued a career as a professional skier; she is a former member of the US Telemark World Cup Camp; National Team. She was the top ranked American for 4 years and a World Championship bronze medalist. Heather appeared in several ski films, most recently Warren Miller’s 2014 No Turning Back and has graced the cover of Skiing magazine. Heather continues her career in the ski industry working with K2 Skis to design, develop & test women’s skis.
Heather’s love of working with people naturally led her to a second career in real estate in 2005. Heather and her husband John feel lucky to be raising their two children, Rowan and Addison, in this amazing valley. Motivated by the strong sense of community in CB, Heather is a member of the Center for the Arts Board of Directors as well as the Crested Butte Snowsports Foundation.
