The local saying is, "You come for winter, you stay for summer, you stay for life," and that is exactly what happened to me. I fell in love with Colorado from the first snow fall, and even more during my first summer here. I grew up in Panama City Beach, Florida, "The Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches" and attended the University of Miami, School of Architecture, focusing my attention on Town Planning and New Urbanism. In College, a number of my Architecture projects won awards, were presented at Global Conferences, and a team of us successfully got a National Trust Historical Designation on a local Miami structure. I practiced Architecture for several years in Vail, Colorado; worked in Subcontracting in custom fenestration before venturing into Real Estate; and continue to sit on a local Planning and Zoning Commission as Chairperson.
My passion for Community and Architecture now extends into Real Estate; I love bringing sharp attention to detail to help buyers in a highly focused search for their new mountain home and to help sellers get the most value for their home. I pride myself in my passionate and heartfelt drive to serve my clients' best interests.
My hobbies include hiking and exploring new trails with my dog Irwin, trail running, visiting national parks, photography, skiing, traveling, gardening, and of course cheering for my Miami Hurricanes Football!
My heart passions include volunteering and hosting families for a local charity in memory of my friend Brandon, "B The Difference," and volunteering each year rebuilding with SBP for Hurricane relief and helping build new homes with a local Habitat for Humanity.
I look forward to helping you find your dream mountain home!
